This is an inaugural campaign offer aimed at introducing ourselves to our prospective clients. We will prepare your detailed plans for neighbourhood units, urban community centres, neighbourhood centres, institutions of higher learning, shopping malls, housing estates, town parks, squares, etc; entirely free of consultancy fee. You will only pay for our international travel and other subsistence expenses; and costs for any local staff and services involved. Invitation for Partnership Arrangements

We are currently interested in getting into mutually beneficial partnership arrangements with consulting firms worldwide that are interested in urban planning in Africa. For several decades now, African countries have been experiencing unprecedented rates of urbanisation under implacable economic circumstances. Today, however, albeit the rates of urbanisation are still the same or perhaps higher, in many countries urbanisation is taking place under increasingly favourable economic circumstances. The latter are likely to trigger effective demand for housing and other types of built space which in turn will exert increasing demand for consultancy services within the field of urban development. Jacob Kimaryo Consultancy would like to team up with appropriate consulting firms worldwide as the above conducive environment for our businesses unfolds. We would particularly like to hear from those firms that would like to tender for urban planning jobs in Africa but have inadequate or no necessary resources for executing such jobs at the moment. We believe that in such situations, working together could bring great benefits to both of us.

 

Invitation for External Consultants

We are also inviting individual urban planners and other people in bordering professions and disciplines to join us as external consultants. As an external consultant, you will work with us in international projects. You can also bring in projects on an agreed commission to Jacob Kimaryo Consultancy. Furthermore, you can carry out projects abroad on behalf and supervision of Jacob Kimaryo Consultancy on an agreed fee.

 

Invitation for International Business Agents

You can also join us as an international business agent. In this case, you may not be an urban planner or a professional from a bordering profession or discipline, but you will have great business contacts that link to urban planning jobs in your country. As such, you could negotiate for urban planning jobs on our behalf and bring them to us on an agreed commission or fee. In other words, you will be our official agent in your country or region with de jure authority to negotiate and enter into contract for urban planning jobs on our behalf. You will perform this role in active involvement of Jacob Kimaryo Consultancy in all negotiations with clients. You will get us the jobs and we will execute them with financial gains to both of us.
