Human beings are dynamic, and because we are created by God in his own image, then, God must also be dynamic. As such, there is no way God could have set his instructions to us as presented in the holy books to be the only and final instructions. Because God is dynamic, he has been adding to his instructions to us continuously after those in the holy books. He communicates new instructions through some selected people. The latter could be said to be the modern time prophets. Some selected people might not even know that the great spiritual ideas they have just got, are instructions to the world from God. They might therefore think that the ideas are theirs, but then, because God's instructions are always very complex and sophisticated, selected people will seriously wonder how they could have such extraordinary and rare thinking. Often, due to the complexity and sophistication of God's new instructions, it might be difficult for some people to understand them, thus thinking that those disseminating them on behalf of God are out of their minds!
