Occasional Sunday Articles. Article No. SPS011. Bad Things That Happen To Us May Be Inherent In Ours
We always complain bitterly and blame those who do bad things to us and our close ones, and demand severe punitive actions on them. The bad things from others are often criminal acts, e.g. stealing, physical attacks that may cause bodily harm and even death, bullying, rape, discrimination, slavery, vandalism, etc. In all countries, there are legal tools for ensuring that perpetrators of such bad things that we will refer to from now on as criminal acts, are punished for their actions if found guilty in courts of law. In some countries, such offenders may be very severely punished for certain criminal acts, including for instance death penalty for murder, stoning to death for what may be considered very serious crimes in certain countries, amputation of hands for stealing also only in certain countries, life sentence without parole for murder, etc.
Also, we lament strongly when we or our close ones are caught in dangerous situations that may lead to serious bodily harm and even fatality. Sometime, we will blame government authorities for failing to protect us, or warning us in advance, about the dangerous situations or presence of the people behind the situations. Consequently, we may succeed in let say triggering resignation or even sacking of some government officials as punishment for what we may think is their fault that the dangerous situations occurred, or we or our close ones ended up been there when they occurred.
Within the context of this article, dangerous situations apply to systemic atrocities like genocide, de jure racism, etc; acts of terrorism; unjustified wars; gang crimes; etc. Dangerous situations in this article do not apply to natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, forest fires, flooding, etc; and accidents due to technical failures. We think that adverse human consequences of natural disasters are often a result of limited scientific understanding of nature and particularly natural phenomena, hence inability predict timely and accurately when and where such disaster will occur. The same applies to accidents due to technical failures.
Many victims of crime will often be quite satisfied and perhaps very happy when offenders are found guilty and issued with severe sentences similar to those outlined earlier. Some people affected by dangerous situations also discussed earlier, may equally be contented if they succeed in let say triggering resignation or sacking of some government officials as punishment for what they may think is their fault that the dangerous situations occurred, or they or our close ones ended up been there when the situations arose. That is because, to the victims in both cases, justice is seen as finally been done. That is quite understandable given the pain and misery they may have endured because of the consequences of the criminal acts and bad situations on them or their families.
But then, one crucial question arises. Are the punitive actions on those responsible for criminal acts, in the form of court sentences that may even entail the death penalty, helpful to victims of the acts, and particularly ensuring that such bad things from others will not occur to them again? What about cases of dangerous situations? Do punitive actions on those who we think were responsible for them or responsible to protect the public from them, helpful in safeguarding protection from similar situations in the future?
Our answer is: may be not! That is because whether we like it or not, perpetrators of criminal acts, as well as the initiators or creators of dangerous situations may not be the primary sources of the acts and situations. The actors may simply be agents of Satan, executing the latter's evil schemes on earth. We will elaborate as thus.
We said in our earlier articles that God helps those who are close to him and have clearly asked for his help, through other people and situations. We said then that those selected by God to help the people he wants to help, may not even be aware that what they do to help others is God's prescription.
Paradoxically, Satan employs very similar mechanism for perpetrating evil on people. In other words, Satan harms people through other people and situations. However, Satan can not use people who are close to God to harm others. Neither can he harm people who are close to God, unless if he manages to infiltrate them as mentioned in our earlier articles. Accordingly, Satan employs people who worship him, or people who worship God but infiltrated by him, to harm the same group of people, and particularly people who worship God but have been infiltrated by him.
Within the above context, perpetrators of criminal acts, and initiators or creators of dangerous situations, to be referred in this article simply as offenders, may be Satan worshipers, or God worshipers who have been infiltrated by Satan. Such offenders may be mere media through which Satan harms people alias victims who may be close to God but infiltrated by him, or worship him. In such cases, offenders may not even be aware that they are been used by Satan to carry out his dirty evil jobs! That is why, some offenders show remorse for what they have done, while others don't.
On the one hand, offenders who show remorse for what they have done are often people who are close to God, but were infiltrated by Satan at the time of crime. When Satan let loose his grip on them, they will suddenly realize they did the wrong thing and regret!
On the other hand, those offenders who never show remorse are hardcore Satan worshipers. As long as Satan is having a grip on them, they will always think they did what they had to do and perhaps the right thing! Satan always gives powerful ability for rationalizing evil, to those he controls. It quite common to see those who worship Satan fighting fiercely for the right to do what they do and even spreading it to others, albeit obviously evil. That why the death penalty may be spiritually irrational.
It important to say at this juncture that criminal acts are Satan's evil schemes on earth that are aimed at individual persons, and often, Satan employs individual persons to execute the schemes. To the contrary, dangerous situations, and particularly systemic atrocities, acts of terrorism, and unjustified wars are often more aggressive forms of Satan evil schemes on earth, aimed at causing indiscriminate mass harm rather than individual harm. With dangerous situation schemes, Satan often employs groups of people rather than individual persons, to implement the schemes.
Because the chances of people becoming targets of Satan, hence his harmful actions through others, depends on whether one is: close to God, close to God but infiltrated by Satan, or Satan worshiper; then we can safely say that what perpetrators of criminal acts do to us, or the reason why we end in dangerous situations, may indeed be inherent in ourselves. More specifically, the bad things that others do to us may have their essence in the kind of relationship we have with God, as well as with Satan, hence may have no direct link with perpetrators of the bad things or situation per se. People who are not close to God because they are Satan worshipers, or God worshipers infiltrated by Satan, may therefore be very susceptible to Satan's harmful actions through other people and situations, no matter personal safety and protection measures they may adopt. Ask yourself the following few questions to understand what we are saying.
1) How would you protect yourself from let say, random terrorist attack in a shopping mall, plane, metro station or train?
2) How would ensure self protection from boarding a plane that is bound to explode mid air due to hidden terrorist time bomb?
3) How would you guarantee that you won't be a victim of random violent and armed street robbers one day?
4) How would you ensure protection from having a crush on an overwhelmingly charming and attractive person who has highly concealed dangerous and malicious motives and behavior?
The above propounded personal susceptibility to Satan's evil schemes that he implements through people and situations, can only be lessened through increased closeness to God. To be blunt and honest, there is no such thing as bad luck, good luck, or fate/destiny. It is all about the way we exercise our individual freedom in making personal choices/decisions, hence our relationship with God and Satan. Because we are all sinners in one way or the other through our personal choices/decisions, and as such, Satan can infiltrate us even when we have chosen to be close to God, it is imperative to know that, and do our best to discover when we are infiltrated by Satan so that we can reverse the choices/decisions that enabled Satan to infiltrate us.
When you are certain that you are close to God, you don't have to fear anything, because it is very unlikely that anything bad will happen to you. God always warn people who are close to him about imminent dangers including natural disasters and accidents. But the problem is most people are unable to understand his warnings! Some people may dismiss them as let say bad dreams or paranoia, etc. it is here that hesitation becomes important the our lives. There are documented true stories of people who described almost exactly to their close ones how they were killed, before the fatal incident itself! They got God's serious warning, but mistook it for an amusing dream or perhaps nightmare for narrating to others! We must all learn to understand/visualize God's warnings and directions.
So it is possible to escape imminent danger to life if you are close to God and are able to know when he is talking to you. However, when you are close to Satan hence far away from God, watch over your shoulder, because any thing bad can happen to you any time and anywhere!
